The Clarus 1R (Model 401 IA) is a compact and powerful integrated amplifier for acoustic and electric instruments. Combining a flexible four-band preamp section, a sophisticated digital reverb and a 300 watt switch mode amplifier in a compact 5.5 pound package, the C1R provides transparent, powerful and accurate sound reproduction across the full frequency spectrum so that your sound comes through.

Never before has so much power, flexibility and sonic performance been packed into such a compact and portable amplifier system. When combined with a high quality speaker system, the C1R facilitates the ultimate in sound reproduction--we call it "musical amplification." Despite its reasonable cost, the C1R doesn't skimp on features. A sophisticated preamp section provides 4-band equalization, a selectable notch or high pass filter, effects looping and a balanced direct out. An 8-preset digital reverb lets you enhance your sound as you see fit. A cutting edge switch mode power amp section drives loads as low as 2 ohms.
